Claims Management

Having an advocate that represents you to the insurance carrier adjuster is integral to managing the cost of your claim and its priority with the carrier.  Our goal is to be a resource for you to help achieve the results you want.  We provide the following services to achieve this objective:

Claim Reporting
When you have a claim, it is important that it is reported to the insurance carrier promptly and correctly.   Our clients report claims to us and we report them to the insurance carrier.  We provide all our clients with concise reporting guidelines to ensure that they understand what to do in the event of a claim, how to report that claim to us, and how that claim will be handled.

Investigation Assistance
We are involved with your claim from start to finish.  We work in conjunction with the insurance adjustor to ensure that the carrier is on top of your claim and it is a priority to them.  Adjustors often handle hundreds of claim cases simultaneously and providing them with the right information to assist them in their investigation is key to helping close out a claim or helping ensure that it is a covered loss. 

Coverage Analysis
Our goal is to ensure that you always have the very best coverage.  However, sometimes an insurance carrier may reserve its coverage rights or even deny coverage based on the loss conditions and policy provisions.  If this happens, we extensively reexamine your policies to determine the correct course of action to take with the carrier.
